MTV Movie Awards 2006 - Christian Bale won "Best Hero"!
Fantastic news! Christian has won the MTV Movie Award as Best Hero! Brandon Routh, Kevin Spacey and Kate Bosworth from the upcoming "Superman Returns" presented the award to him! So don't miss the show when it's aired on TV on Thursday!

On a much lighter note, cast members Brandon Routh, Kevin Spacey and Kate Bosworth of the upcoming "Superman Returns" presented the award of "best hero" to Christian Bale, star of last year's hit "Batman Begins."
After thanking director Christopher Nolan "for getting rid of those bloody nipples" on the bat suit worn by George Clooney in Batman and Robin," Bale turned to Routh and said, "I'm sorry Superman, but Batman is the bada**."
Bale also paid tribute to his wife who he called "my personal Wonder Woman" then thanked the fans "for embracing the rebirth of Batman. There will be more!"
